I've been writing and strategizing content for B2B companies for over 25 years - from being sole copywriter for a 1,500-employee engineering consultancy to developing content strategies for data analytics platforms and global telecoms companies.

After founding two agencies and working across 23 countries, I realized the biggest problem in our industry isn't lack of strategy or poor execution - it's the handoff between the two. That's why I started Northlight Content.

My career has taken me from managing pan-European campaigns for global FMCG brands to developing content strategies for cutting-edge data analytics companies. I've been the marketing manager for Europe's largest aquatics retailer, led regional campaigns across Scotland, Ireland, and Brussels, and trained marketing teams on brand voice and messaging.

Every role taught me the same lesson: content that drives business results is built on evidence, not assumptions. Whether I was analyzing conversion data for B2B SaaS campaigns or developing messaging frameworks for global engineering consultancies, the companies that succeeded were the ones that let their data guide their content decisions.
